Every year Maharashtra government tries to bring forth opportunities to make people empowered. This time also MHADA is floating opportunity to buy home in the state. Registration date will start on 15.04.2015 from 2.00 pm onwards and last date of registration is 14.05.2015 till 6.00 pm.
Process to fill the form
Step 1: Registration
First log on to website https://lottery.mhada.gov.in.
In registration you have to first register with a user name then you have to fill up the follwing information:1. Name 2. Family Income, 3. Passport size coloured photograph (up to 50kb), 4. PAN Card Number 5. Date of Birth, 6. Occupation, 7. Marital Status, 8. UDI No., 9. Gender, 10. Residential Address, 11. Mobile Number (do not put 0), 12. Email ID (all information will be communicated by sms and email so applicants should carefully fill the above information), 13. Bank Account Number, 13.1 IFSC Code or MICR Code of the bank branch where the Applicant has the account.
Step 2: fill the form online
After registration, the applicants should log in from their account
Before final submission please check your details and edit if required.
To apply you have to click on the link “Apply For Lottery”
To apply on specific Scheme Code please click on “Application for Residential Accommodation Form”.
After fill all the information click on SUBMIT. Confirm the details again then take a printout of the form.
After collecting the printout, sign it, and those who wants to make online payment should go on option “My Application” make payment and those who wants to pay through DD/ P.O can submit at respective Axis Bank Branches.
Step 3: process for deposition EMD
Demand Draft (DD)/ pay order,
2. Debit/ Credit Card
3. Internet Banking
For online payment applicants need to pay service charges to the service provider.
More than one application in the allowed groups can be filled using one bank account number of an applicant.
The applications of defence employees working at Indian Border under Border security Force or Border Roads and Development Organisation may send their printed application along with the DD drawn in nature of “AXIS BANK ACCOUNTS MHADB 2015” by post to dy. Chief Officer (Marketing)/Mumbai board, room No. 240, 1st floor, MHADA Office, Grihnirman Bhavan, Kalanagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai- 400051 on or before 20/05/2015.
Applicants paying the EMD through DD/Pay Order will have to draw the DD of amount 200 Rs in the name of “AXIS BANK ACCOUNT MHADB 2015” and submit along application form on or before 20/05/2015 during the Bank working Days and hours.
